Used an American Express credit card 2 days ago. The pump did not give a receipt so went to attendant who printed receipt for 47.19 from a $100 gift card. Today went to buy gas and the card had a total of $5.62 which meant we were charged $47.19 twice. Attendant was no help.

One cashier! The line was all the way back to the coolers. Wanted to purchase some refreshments and put them all back. This is not the first time. The management said they needed to hire someone. Poor management control of the operation. Should be fired!

The reason I and others pay at the pump with a card is so we pump and go without having to take time to go inside. More times than not at this location the receipt does not print at pump and tells customer to go inside for it.

Your store 2189 Cobbs Ford Rd. in Prattville Al. is always out of the Winston short Gold. Plenty of Winston short white. Plain common sense would tell you to order double of what sells and cut back on what don't sell! I am a regular at this store and have been for years and usually drop 3 to 4 hundred dollars a month there, but due to the lack of proper ordering what I buy, I must go elsewhere to buy.

I am tired of the receipt printers not working at the pumps. I have complained about this in a previous survey and sent an email tonight to customer care. The attendants have told me that they have made multiple requests to have the printers repaired. I rarely go to a pump where the receipt actually prints. It does no good to be able to pay at the pump if I have to then go inside to get a receipt. I've decided that you are not concerned with the convenience for your customers at this location.

When i walked in i was not greeted. Which i am fine with. But when i walk up to the register and the two cashiers are talking and looking on there cell phones and barley acting like i was even there is a problem. I can go else where to get my gas and smokes. I will not stand to pay for people to act like you are no one and that there conversation and phone are more important than the customer in front of you. With out customers no business, no paycheck. I dont mind if you are talking among yourselves but when a customer comes in they should have your attention not your cell phone. Will not be back to this location for a while.

This is the only station I go to with all my business trucks. Pumps never give receipts. Always have to go inside. Its very frustrating when I'm trying to hurry and get my guys off. Employees are very kind and apologize for the inconvenience.

When I came up to the counter to check out, the attendant had her back turned and was on the store phone making a personal call. After several minutes of standing and waiting at the counter, she instructed the other cashier that was sitting behind the counter out of view to ring me up. After I paid I had to ask for a receipt. I go to this gas station on a daily basis because it is the only one between my home and work. I have experienced this type of service twice this month alone. It happens just as much when the manager is in the store as well as when she isn't.
