There were 6 people in line and two cashiers behind the counter but only one cashier was helping the customers. The wait was entirely too long.

Soda fountain was out gas pumps had no washer

The cashiers are never friendly. I work close to the store so I go in pretty much every day and have asked them to keep a specific drink in stock and they won't. But I will go to the kangaroo across the street and get it if it have too because their cashiers are friendlier anyway. Half the time the cashiers are on their cell phones or one is sitting down while another is checking customers out.

EVERY TIME,that I utilize this gas station, either some pumps are out of order,OR you have to go inside to pay,for fuel.Major inconvenience,DAILY OCCURRENCE!!!!!

The attendant Gwendolyn J always rude when I go there and she's working. She always like she have an attitude.

I travel the Mid-South including the Louisiana coast areas quite frequently. I frequently visit various Murphy USA gas stations. The Murphy USA store in Vicksburg, MS is absolutely the worst managed store I visit. On a consistent basis, the attendants there are confused in my selection at the pump to "pay attendant" upon completion of fueling. I am tired of having the pump turned off after I begin fueling, then go inside, pay then return to pump and begin a new fuel transfer. Compared to my visits to other Murphy USA locations, I feel that the employees at the Vicksburg, MS are poorly trained. I definitely will not visit the Vicksburg location again.

The AC was out and the coolers where the drinks are was out, there was no cups for fountain drinks and when I asked if they had any cups the guy got really rude and said "can't you see I'm busy" the store was a mess and the floor was nasty !!! I never go back !!!!
