Pump # 4 operated VERY slowly. The pump needs attention. Please correct the issue; commercial customers don't have time to stand at a pump, or complete surveys.

The parking lot was full of trash. I went in for coffee and doughnuts. The coffee was out and the doughnut case was disgusting! So I grabbed something else instead. They line was backed up to the door and only 1 register was open. They finally opened another register when I got to the front of the line. While waiting in line I looked over at their hot dog roller machine, and it was 10 times nastier than the doughnut case! And they had already put hot dogs on it! Why would you do that? That's got to be a health violation. I told the cashier they were out of coffee and she said "k". Good to know how much you care about your customers!

No buns for hot dogs and roller-grill items (drawer was empty); sandwiches had a date of July 30th on them - it was August 23rd); bread in sandwiches felt stale and meat was off-color and way past its sell date

After I had purchased my gas, I went inside and saw they had a special on the door, and I even noticed it on my receipt I printed at the pump for Buy One, Get One Free for Skittles and Starburst. So I got a bag of Skittles and a package of Starburst and went to the counter. The cashier rang them up, but he was charging me full price. I brought it to his attention, and he said that it was last month's special. I told him nicely that he should have to honor it because it's still on the door. He still refused to saying he hasn't taken the signs down yet, and he was rude when he said it. So I told him he could keep the candy and left. As I was leaving, he took the sign down. I don't appreciate the way I was treated. You should have to honor the special if it's still advertised. I mean it was still on the receipt! I will not give my money to that Murphy Express anymore, I will be going to Speedway down the street.

The attendants have always been polite. However, there always out of cups. There is either only the small or big size available forcing you to buy what you don't want or nothing at and going to another gas station to buy everything you need at one place. Most of the time there are no hot dogs available either and no ketchup. Very often the coke machine is down. When I do buy fuel most 9-10 times there is no paper in the pump for the receipt to be printed so then you must stand in line for a receipt. Often there is a manager doing something behind the counter but never greets anyone. There only reason I sit this gas station is because my office is in walking distance. Otherwise I would never take a chance to stop by there.

It was raining .Paid at the pump .Had to walk in the rain to get my receipt. Don't expect that at Murphy .Maybe at a mom and pop store.

I am a Murphy employee and the pump I was at was a non prepay pump, they kept stopping my pump and required me to prepay. When I came inside they were very rude and both employees were on their cell phones texting. If I were a regular I would never return and would drive to the local speedway who gives better service in this area. The employee on the register was Felicia Renee. When I came in the employee was rude and didn't apologize for the inconvenience, they just said "it's due to drive offs"
