Murphy USA

I was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. I visit Murphy at least twice a month because it's around the block from my house. The gas price is $0.15 higher than another station that is only a few minutes farther from my home but since the lines to get gas were around the block, I chose to get gas at Murphy.

the long lines at the pumps. the fuel truck blocks one of the main exit turn the high traffic times. the night attendent is rude. she is a skinny african american female. she usually has her phones talking to someone or has her rap music loud.

Kind of a sketchy environment and the cashier was not very friendly

I normally only get gas here. However, this morning, I needed something else and instead of going to another store that I knew had the item, I decided to go inside. The two attendants were having a conversation when I walked in (I was the only one besides them in the store). One greeted me, one did not. They carried on their conversation while the attendant rang me up, giving me my receipt with her back almost turned to me talking with the other attendant. I was not thanked for spending money in their store. I said twice, "thank you ladies, have a nice day" with no response from them because they were deep into their conversation. Curtesy counts.

The sticker pricing is inaccurate and has been an ongoing problem. The attendant becomes irritated and rude when you point this out. The staff are never friendly. (Several visits within last 6 mo). The parking lot pavement is in terrible shape. The only plus is your gas prices.

The place reeked of gasoline and I left smelling like gasoline and could not get the smell out of my clothes. My coworkers complained of the gas smell.

Hi like to your gas station begging brand open and i got your i bought power ball.then 9-5-2009 i won. Tell ture i and family so poor income.is in your lottery. But they change expires. I am INNOCENT and i paid cash. The Columbia just telephone and 1005 people won.

Cashier didn't speak at all wasn't greeted she did say the Total amount due and not even a thank you she was to busy talking to another employee

The last 3 times that I visited this location the pump receipt printers have either not worked or had no paper in them so I had to go inside to get a receipt. This could or could not be a means to get the customer inside to purchase additional items however if it is I did not & will not do so when this happens!!!!

LINE TO CHECK OUT WAS AT THE DOOR, THIS WAS NOT THE GIRLS FAULT (SHE WAS JUST THE ONLY ONE THERE) AND AS SHE SAID FIRST TIME THE GAS PRICE WENT TO 1.89 IN SOME TIME SO THEY WERE GETTING KILLED!
