There are times when i go that it is much busier, and often only when register is open but not all the time. I live not far from murphys so i go there often and most of the time things are fine so my survey is based on my overall assesment of the store. I will continue to go ther as long as the gas and cigarette prices are competitive. I am in no way bashing the store, i cant think of any place one would visit that it would be perfect all the time. They do a good job overall at the store.
