Wanted to purchase a prepaid gift card, however, attendant initially said they weren't available because this location wasn't affiliated with Walmart. When I explained that I wasn't looking for a Walmart gift card but, rather, a Murphy USA prepaid fuel card, the attendant had to retrieve one from the office when, in fact, they should have been available at the register. Unnecessary waste of time for me as the customer, not to mention inefficient use of comp;any time by the employee. In essence, this location was NOT "ready for business".

I thought it was a Sams but sams card would not work. Then my debit card would not work .it seem the reader was broke , but no signs up letting you know that so you could have changed lanes. I had to walk in the rain to pay . The attendant was not very nice and seemed unconcerned. Since I am a Sams club member and trade almost exclusive at walmart location it was not what I have come to expect from Walmart.

Your fountain machine has been down for over a week now. GET IT FIXED OR REPLACED. I pass no less than 5 convenience stores on my way to your store in the mornings. Almost every morning I go in there to purchase a drink, many days even 2-3 times. They all know me by name, they greet me by name, I have been doing this for years now. I will stop if the powers that be don't get this resolved in a timely manner. A timely manner should mean that it has already been resolved but as I mentioned already, over a week ago the store notified someone that the machine was not working. It should have been fixed by now and if that were not possible due to parts or the like, a replacement should have been installed by now. Carl told me that the story he got was it might take two weeks to two MONTHS to get it fixed. That is entirely unacceptable. Replace the machine immediately or you will lose me and many others. (Your competitor down the street has machines that work, and they were very friendly the last 3 days I have gone in there for a drink...even gave me a drink free of charge yesterday! Get your's fixed or replaced!)

U charged me $75 on my debit card n my amount should have been $18.49. As a result put me on overdraft. Your way of doing business is very unfair n I will never go to Murphys again n telling all my friends n family about how u cheat people n going to contact TV stations n tell them how u conduct business.
