The attendant Rosalyn was very friendly and genuine. She gave me recommendations about the coffee promo and about condiment selection. She also asked if I would like to buy any pastries to go with the coffee I was buying. She had a great balance of being a sales rep for her company but not overtly pushy. I really liked her genuine helpfulness and interest I what I, the customer wanted without being pushy. If this is what Murphy Express is doing, customer service is number one, so keep doing it.
