The reason I wasn't HIGHLY satisfied, is normally due to the wait. Every time I go, there is usually at least 5-8 people waiting in each line, and the cashiers don't seem to work very fast; they seem to work with the same sense of urgency (not much), whether there is one person in line or 8. But because I usually go before and/or after work, that is a normally busy time for everyone, so it is not a really huge deal---it doesn't keep me from going back, but can be pretty frustrating, at times.
