The parking lot where the store is located was designed poorly, but Murphy's designers did the best they could given the largest tenant in the shopping center and the odd way NCDOT does intersections

It was busy and only one attendant was working. They were prompt but it was a peak time of day to only have one person working

It is just too small inside. Typically, there is only one register open and when there are other customers in there it makes it awkward depending on which register is open vs which, of the 2 doors they come in so nobody knows who is supposed to be next in line.
