The appearance of the outside of the store is rather cluttered. And it was rater busy, difficult to find parking.

All of the pumps were full. People darting in and out to get their gas.Perhaps some type of signage to direct those who can't figure the process out,This visit took much longer than usual.

The delay of the pump menu trying to sell me a lottery ticket. If I wanted a lottery ticket I would go in and ask for one. Putting this as an option at the pump is annoying.

At the time I was there, I was tired and had a lot to do. Nothing would have made me Highly Satisfied. Except the attendant was very friendly and appreciative. Please extend my thanks, it was a rough night for me personally.

The Murphy's I visit is always crowded, which is a good thing, it's just difficult to get into. Also, usually it is the cheapest gas prices but not this time :(
