The attendant Amy Marie treated me disrespectfully because she said i had not paid for the gas i had pumped when in fact i had and the police got involved which was highly embarrassing for me and my girlfriend because we are church going people and were not doing anything wrong so we will never ever do anymore business with Murphy's gas stations ever again because of this incident

An assistant manager was apparently sitting in her car (on the clock I was told) after pumping her gas, she just sat there texting on her phone blocking the pump from other paying customers and ALSO BLOCKING THE EXIT so that I could not get out. At first there was another vehicle behind me waiting to get to pumps, they gave up and moved to another pump, about the time that I got out of my car and asked the assistant manager to move. She said she had already got her gas, but was not going to move. At this point, I became rude and said a profanity to her. After I got back in my car, she continued to sit there for at least 5 minutes, with me occasionally blowing the horn. An employee came out from inside and I complained to her about it. This is when I found out it was an "on the clock assistant manager" who had pumped her gas "on the clock" and was blocking it because she DID NOT WANT TO MOVE! She only moved after I took a picture of her car/license plate. Her car was a charcoal grey Dodge Dart , North Carolina license plate DMR-5513. If this is the kind of employees/management that Murphy Express is going to have, I DO NOT HAVE TO BUY MY GAS HERE AGAIN!!!

your system must have an issue. I marked everything highly satisfied as this (store) is at a good location and helping to keep prices in check most of the time.

The diesel fuel pumps are located between gasoline pumps. During busy times I always have to wait for a pump. Fuel prices are least in town so it's the busiest fuel stop around. To wait for a diesel pump, one has to park in the Lowe's Home Center parking lot. Ridiculous! While I was there a motor home towing a car abandoned the wait and drove to Wilco/Hess. Last week I was towing the boat and I had to do the same thing. PLEASE ADD TWO DIESEL PUMPS AWAY FROM MAIN GAS PUMPS, PLEASE.

Employees are very nice and helpful! Facility is clean and user friendly! Gas prices are the best in town! Always shop at Murphy!
