1/2 of the lanes were closed due to a pressure washing company cleaning the lanes and store area. This should have been done after hours and after the store is closed for the night. Having to turn around in such a confined space and limited mobility is not good.

First off, the pump would not take my Fuel Man card. Our account agent said our account was in good standing & she does not detect a problem on their end. We have had this problem every other time we go to this station (which is the only station we use in town). So I had to go up the the window to use my personal card. I then pumped the gas & noticed a problem with the pump, the numbers on the screen was going too fast, then noticed as it was speeding through the numbers, no gas was coming out. I went up the the window & complained that part of the time I was pumping gas, nothing was coming out. She rolled her eyes & told me that I would have to talk to the other lady. She stepped up to the window & I explained to her my problem & she said "What do you want me to do about it?" Then said do you want to go to another pump & I will put a few dollars credit on it, I told her no because I already had a full tank, & that a "few" dollars wasn't going to cover it. She asked to see what it was doing & I showed her, she saw & said "oh okay". Then said she doesn't see how it is not working being the man just left that came to fix it. She gave me my receipt & put they owe us a $12 credit.

That was the 3rd time in two weeks that the location was out of my brand of cigarettes. The location is convenient to my work location, the fuel is competitively priced and the attendants are friendly, but I will simply have to find another location to buy fuel if I cannot buy my cigarettes there. Many of my 187 coworkers feel the same way. Why can they not continue to stock Marlboro Special blend? Other stores stock it and it is a very popular brand. It makes no sense not to replentish inventory of a top selling brand. I'll find another station to patronize. Thank you.
