None of the windshield cleaning stations had cleaning fluid.

Couple employees were outside smoking and there was a long line inside with only one cashier working. It's been this way for my last several visits. Bathrooms are nasty. Fountain drink machine RARELY works. It is the cheapest gas in town, but the heart ache is not worth the savings. Employees just don't seem to care about customer service.

Unfortunately I ran out of gas within 100 yards of the gas pumps. I asked to borrow a gas container but the attendant indicated I would have to buy one. When I pointed to where my car was which was in view of the store window, she simply handed me a gas container and informed it was $8.99 plus tax. I accept the fact that policy probably dictates that cans cannot be borrowed but to gouge me $9.60 for a product that is probably worth $1.99 is unacceptable. Your company clearly took advantage of a customer who had no choice but to pay the outrageous price. I would hope a reasonable person would agree and offer me a refund. I would gladly discuss further at 336 404 1781. After placing 1 gallon of gas in my car, I pulled up 100 yards to your pumps and spent another $40 in gas.

We had a discount code. We wanted 15 gallons of gas but the pumps were extremely slow and it took 20 minutes and then the pump cutoff at 7 gallons. Everyone at every other pump was experiencing the same problem. I went inside to inquire and to let them know about the problem and was informed that the line inside was more important than the pumps.

Because you are a bunch of lying scum. I have been telling you for years about the problems with location and you have done nothing about it but let it get worse scum. You do not care about the customers only your profits. This location is too small, pump lines are too long, and it dangerous the way you let the displays stick out so far into narrow driving lanes. Do something about it morons!
