Murphy in Rosewood is the only convenience store I shop for my gas and cigarettes. Amanda and Shelby are amazing! They are always super friendly and customer oriented. I could never get the same consistent customer service at any other store so I will continue giving my business to them.

I had stopped earlier at a competitor and tried to make a purchase with my debit card and was having some problems so I told them nevermind I will go down the road to my usual gas and cigarette store ie., Murphy Express. They were as always friendly and very helpful. The cashier made every effort to help me complete my debit card purchase for gas fill-up and a 5 pack marlboro special. As I was turning to leave I realized I needed to purchase a pack of Newport red 100's for which I paid cash. All of their employees have always been friendly and helpful and this store always has competitive gas prices. Today their gas prices were 11 cent higher than the first store...but no problem, just pleased that she was able to complete my debit card purchase. Lots of wind and rain amd tornado warnings, I was ready to get home ASAP. LOVE MURPHYS!

I always come here

I have been going to this Murphy store for over five years every morning during the work week and at any time during the weekend. I have never had a bad experience with the staff. They are all great. However there is a person that likes to hang out at the store for hours in the am that is very annoying. Her name is Marie Cox. She is very loud and talks too much. At times what she says is very offensive to other customers. There have been times that if I get there and see her car, I pull out park in Walmart parking lot until I see her leave. There is another customer named Jennifer Poltz and when the two get together at the store it is crazy. I know there is not much the staff can do but it is very frustrating for all the other customers. I do give a lot of credit to the staff for putting up with these customers! This store has a great manager, assistant managers and staff.
