murphy needs to improve on some flow to the dispensers it would speed things up

Attention seems dissatisfied with his job not friendly at all and does not listen had to repeat several times

I was over charged and now I have another errand to run. I was on my way to work and distracted. I noticed the price difference but had no time to check. Lesson learned

Attendant never spoke during whole transaction! He was outside on phone when walked in I laid my tickets on counter he came in never spoke snatched them up ran them, rang them, then I Asked to get tickets for some stretch offs I had, still never spoke then I cashed in an got tickets for someone else and still not spoken rang me up gave me tickets never said goodbye KMA or nothing else! I go there frequently 4-5 times a week and everyone there is always friendly until tonight I wil drive thru if he's there I will go across the street next time, I don't usually do these surveys but sorry y'all asked! It was VERY RUDE! If he's not happy working at night maybe he needs a new job !!

Your a/c was broken at the store . your employee was not in the store, and the biggest problem was he was on his cell phone the whole time he waited on me.

Was over charge, I pump,$1.99 and was charge for $2.43 I thought it was high for 17.48 gal was charge $42.65 I look at my recipient I didn't pump super fun I pump unleaded regular for $1.99 a gal I when back in store and say honey something is wrong with ya pump I mash unleaded regular an was charge for superun she look at an gave me $8. an some charge but not another recipient I didn't think to ask I bet you if I go back I will always ask for a recipient
