I use card to pay for gas to keep from wasting time going inside of the store--expecially with children in the car. I had to inside the store to get my receipt--left my children in the car so as not to delay my travel time any longer--to find about 6-8 people in line waiting to check out with one -1- register open. I stepped to the front to quickly ask for a receipt & apolgized for stepping ahead to be told by another clerk "I don't think you are suppose to leave children in the car" and I responded "you are suppose to have paper in the pump receipt printer so I shouldn't have to come inside". Another clerk spoke up to apologize the printer had been jamming and handed me the receipt. Needless to say I was unhappy with this transaction.

This was once a clean station. Now the receipt paper is regularly out which defies the logic of pay at the pump service. The trashcans are usually filled to the brim. The wind shield washer fluid buckets and squeegees are very dirty. Both need to be replaced. I no longer complain to the employees as they really don't seem to care.

This station has recently started to go down hill. It was a good station with a history of good service. Since its opening I've used it for 95% of my fuel purchases. That is changing now. I will look for a station that can keep paper in the receipt printers. There is no point in having a pay at the pump feature if customers still have to go inside and wait in line to get a receipt. It doesn't make me happy as a customer and it can't be good for business to have the pumps tied up longer. There must be people you can hire and train to change the receipt paper, put a note on the pump if the printer is out of order, and to change the washer fluid in the containers by the pumps. I hope this station can get back to being what it used to be...

Kid couldn't pull himself away from his phone. Was on it when we pulled up, on it when we left. Only put it down to ring up customers. Also sign on door said the drinks I purchase were 2/4, rang up at $2.49 each. Given the cashier's appearance I didn't bother asking about it because he looked bothered enough being at work anyway.

The pump was not working right, so I went inside to tell the attendant. He said he had to turn it on. I went back out to start pumping, but he never turned it on. I went to another pump and noticed another car park at the non-working Pump. I went inside to tell the attendant to turn it on for the other car and told him how rude it was that he didn't turn it on after I kept pushing the pump. Please train attendants to be more helpful and polite.

Most Murphy Oil locations are IMPOSSIBLE to access w/ a LARGE trailer or RV for diesel. Plus there is NO address or location # on my receipt which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to revisit...

We paid for $5 in gas for pump 20. I minute later we came back up to the register to pay for our food. Carlton Alle ask if we had already pump our gas and we told him no we got it for someone else. He asked if someone was in his parking lot asking for help, I stated I notice someone card would not work and bought the gas for them. They were leaving and not causing problem. Then he asked me if I would buy a cop $5 in gas and I stated no they should not be in need the public provides for their cars. His last statement was not called for or appreciated. I had done nothing wrong and this person was not a panhandler. I enjoy that store and the donuts are fresh so I make it a point to pass several store to shop in this one. Customers should be treated warmly and not made to feel threatened or judged by employees. I do not except the employee to get in a lot of trouble and I understand the need to stop panhandling but you need to be careful what you say to customers. I would have spoken more to him but the line behind me was long and I am sure they want to go on with their day too.

I had a Walmart card and the pump would not take it and when I went in to try and use it the attendant said they did not take or honor them. I showed her the signs that were above all the pumps saying that they did take it but she said "sorry we don't" we felt that was false advertising and not very well handled. I get almost allt gas from either Murphy or Sam's and this makese want to change to somewhere else.
