Both cashiers were rude. Robert was personable when I asked for cigarettes that quickly changed. I couldn'tt see the brand I wanted as the female cashier was blocking them. Even though she was aware I was trying to identify them she wouldn't move. After about 1 minute of standing there she sighed heavily as if I bothered her. When I could finally see the product selection I was rushed into buying a product different than what I wanted because Robert would not explain to me which were full flavor (first time buyer of this brand because I had a coupon). I asked him for the "yellow" pack & when he went to get them I indicated the the other yellow & he said "Gold. You told me yellow, those are gold. Make up your mind." I apologized for the confusion & he started the transaction. I was using a mobile coupon for American Spirit which can only be redeemed when you are physically in the store. He hesitated taking the coupon because he "wanted to make sure it was for HIS store." Now I understand paper coupons but the electronic coupons can only be redeemed when you are in the selected store - surely your cashiers know this.

I have a Walmart credit card & when I singed up for it, I was informed I would get a 5 cent discount at all Walmarts and at Murphy USAs b/c it's owned by Walmart but this wasn't the case, and it wasted my time and money.

Everything was ok, other then being charged an extra $1 for using my CC, instead of going inside and paying cash, making my fuel costing me more per gallon then i thought i was paying for it or i would had used cash, if i had seen a sign saying CC subject to extra charges :( not pleased being rooked :/

Lines were long, not friendly, and had no clue how to use the coupons mini survey provided.

I went to purchase some snacks the line was long, only one cashier working. Another guy named Devin was behind the counter claiming he was off. Another customer called him by name and asked whats going on, he just said he was off. However i was in there earlier he said the same thing, this was about a hour and a half earlier. I dont know if he was or wasn't on the clock. But when its that busy he should of helped. I could understand better if she was by herslf.
