The security tape on the pump had been tampered with. I usually pay at the pump but chose to go inside since security is a high priority of mine.

it seems that recently that the pump nozzles were replaced. They don't swivel or rotate and it is an awkward twist to use them. I try to remember which pumps have been done and not use those.

I kept pulling the latch I was holding it and it stopped at 6.76 but i payed for 10.00 then i let go and puled the latch again and then it went to 10.00
