It was difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. The driveway is narrow and very close to the parking area and vacuum cleaner. The access road is narrow and turning into the parking lot is difficult if there is someone trying to get out at the same time. The state is widening Hwy 211 and that will mean that you will lose even more space in front of the store/pumps meaning that there is little to no space to go when you leave the pumps. There is no place for large trucks, cars pulling boats and delivery trucks to park when not pumping gas other than along Hwy 211 part of the lot. If they park in the parking spots then there is no access to the pumps. You really have a problem with this location and if you lose any space with the widening of the highway then you will not be able to handle the large vehicles much less those that pull boats which is a large amount of our traffic here in this area. Not to mention the large amount of gas that is sold especially in October when we have the big tournament.

I had problems pulling into the parking lot then I pulled into a pump only to find out that the card reader was not working. Then I had to back out and pull up to another pump since there was no way that I could pull forward and pull out because there isn't enough room. Then I finally moved to another pump and had problems reading the screen because of the amount of scum on the screen and the glare from the sun. The gas prices still aren't back to what they were before you raised them when the hurricane hit Texas. There was no gas line damage only one refinery was down so there is no reason that we should not have lower gas prices. They should at least be back to pre-hurricane level.

Cigarette ad signs too prominent at the pumps. No smoking signs should be prominently visible from multiple angles. BIG problem with people smoking at pumps. Cigarette ad signs encouraging smoking along with cigarette purchasing.

It would be nice to see some smiles. I think a smile goes a long way to make someone feel welcome .

2 reasons, first of all is the price of the fuel. For some reason your fuel jumped in price over 20 cents over night. For some reason the price has not come down but 10 cents and now that there is a hurricane in the gulf which means that production is shut down prices are going to go up again. I know that there are tourists in the area but the locals are having to pay these higher prices as well. My second concern is the lack of space there is for getting in and out from the pumps. There should be more space between the pumps and the highway side of the pumps for driving around the pumps and going out at the light. Not everyone wants to head west on 211 many of us need to either go across to WalMart or go east on 211.
