I like getting my gas there

Getting gas is getting gas. Not like being at a restaurant and choosing your price point. As a gas consumer I am stuck with paying whatever you guys decide to charge us for. The barrel goes up today, won't be in the purchase stream for probably weeks but the pump price goes up immediately.

The refinery that was put out of business due to hurricane Harvey is back up and running. I know that there was a problem getting gas to those outside of the Houston area but that is no longer the case so there is no reason that we should be paying the high prices that we have been paying. The oil companies are making money hand over fist and on top of the everyday workers having to dig deep into their pockets the poor soles who lost everything in the Keys and the islands are having to pay these prices unnecessarily. The federal government wants to control more things they should look into getting prices back down as quickly as possible and only let them rise when the company's bottom line is to change from black to red. The second issue I have is with the access to parking lot from the access road. This is very tight and then due to the narrowness of the parking lot it is difficult to get back to the access road after getting gas. It doesn't help when the gas truck or large vendor trucks are parked along the Hwy 211 side of the parking lot. The driveway to the access road is too narrow as well.

I am in your location aprox. 6 times per week . If not for fuel , to purchase a fountain drink. Recently you raised the price of the 32 oz. drink to $1.19 from $.99 . I can go down the street 1/2 mile at the BP station and pay only $.69. The came at a location 3 miles away . I may have to consider this. Fuel is the same price as your location.

Before the gas started flowing into the tank money was already calibrating and after the flow stopped the calibration of the money amount continued... I have used this Murphy USA location from the first day it opened... Not sure that I will use it any more and will alert my friends and family to be aware of this experience...I am on a fixed income and every penny counts for me

Over the past 3 weeks of getting fuel, the printer at pump doesn't print your receipt.when you go into store for rec.,the employee gives different excuses. One excuse:ordered wrong paper.Another excuse:too much humidity.Todays excuse was blamed on TS Hermine! Why can't the pump have the rec. to eliminate going in store? That is why a customer pays at pump! Will start to get fuel at Go Gas!

The outside area of the store and the inside area of the store was not cleaned at all. Trash in the parking lot. The area of where I got my sausage dog was not clean. The area of where I got my fountain drink was not wiped clean. The counter was sticky. The floors looked like they have not been swept nor mopped. There was 2 attendants there. The one behind the cash register was clean looking, polite, friendly, and very busy. The other attendant was not in sight. Whoever is in the charge of this store or is the manager of this store needs to step up and do their job. Rather it be to step and help out the attendants on shift or hire enough people to run the shift.

The auto release did not release itself when the tank was full and pump did not shut off. Fuel ran down the side of my car, on my hands and shoes. I went inside to report what happened. Terry said I'll come check the pump. I went into the rest room, which was dirty, washed my hands and wiped my feet and shoes off. Went back out to the pump and no one was there. I waited a few minutes and when I started to go back into the station he came out. Looked at the spilled gas on the pavement, about a cup came out before I managed to grab the handle to get it to release. Picked up the hose, looked at the handle, didn't say anything and went back in the station. I went back in to try to wash the smell of my shoes. Not a word was said, not are you ok? Not I'm sorry that happened. Not is there anything you need? There is a go gas down the street, that is where I'll be filling my tank in the future.
