Male attendant not friendly did not greet and welcome customers

Everytime I want to purchase lottery tickets from this location, the board that shows which number you want, is ALWAYS incorrect. The attendant always says well we dont have that one when i say that is not the one that is numbered on the board. He acts like its my fault and gets aggravated because I dont want the ticket he pulls out.

Pump # 20 never has any paper in the gas pump to provide a receipt. I always have to go to the cashier and wait on line to get a receipt. I have told the clerks about the lack of paper for a receipt every time. I was just there again yesterday and the same thing happened again. I just couldnot take the time to wait for a receipt. Your price is usually the second lowest price in town (always a penny higher than Quality Gas) but the location is better for us. Please fix the pump or counsel your employees that people need to have receipts without waiting on line. Otherwise I am please to have Murphy in Washington, NC and will continue to use your products. Thank you.

the card reader was not working properly which caused it to take longer than I was expecting

The gas pumps were not working because the debit card was rejected and had to go to attendant for processing of the transaction, also the screen at pump was not visible due to exposure to the sun. I had to wait for attending employee to come to the window because she was sweeping the areas where gas is dispensed, there were 2 employees and both were doing cleaning and stocking duties.

sign said debit not working to use credit so I did and that didnt work either at 2 different pumps I had to go to the attendent

Display screen was nearly impossible to read so very difficult

I intended to pay with my debit card at the machine but it wasn't working. I went to the cashier and told him that it wasn't working and he just took my card. The friendly thing to have said would have been - yes mam, we know there is a problem and sorry for the inconvenience. He acted as though I was an inconvenience coming to the window.

card reader did not accept my debit card because card reader did not work. Tried 3 times with 2 different cards.. went to attendant and was told they were having a card reader problem...they had no sign on pump about problem...used debit card at attendant station to pay..
