I travel all of the southeast building schools and jails and in all of my interactions with attendees have I ever felt at home. Caitlyn Sims and Leeann Sims blew my mind and continually put me in awe because of their total focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to draw you in. In most of my convenient store visits you are made to feel that you are a number. With my visits at Murphy Express 8577 I feel a part of the community. I bought so much candy this last month that I was glad that Oct 31st came. I could not tell them no I did not want to buy anymore candy because of the personalities of these 2 individuals. For me, the first impression is always a lasting impression. This store has caught my attention. The appearance of the store and the attitude of the attendees should be bottled up and poured out in all of the stores that you have. When I walk in this store I get charged up for the day. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I view the visit at your store a very important part of my day. I manage construction sites that vary in size from 50 to 300 employees. I need for my day to start with a smile. Your team does it for me Thanks.

I had the very nice young man to pump my gas I believe his name was Cord,I could not swear to it. But because I am disabled I went in the store to ask for someone to pump it for me. This young man was VERY,VERY nice. I paid for my gas with him,he brought my change out to me,I had paid with a $100. bill. Counted my change back to me brought me a receipt and the told me about this survey. Like I said I could not swear that was his name but I am sure you can look it up. The store # is 8577. You need to give that young man a raise!!! He was very kind and very helpful to me. Very polite and very nice to me. He is a keeper for you!!! Please,please give that young man a raise. It was cold and rainy today and he came to an older lady's rescue and for that I am very grateful. It's really nice to see a service person go out of his way when he really doesn't have to.
