ordinary visit on an ordinary day

Pumps were all taken and I circled them twice before getting an empty one. Also, traffic seemed to be entering from all directions, and some customers walking from the pumps to the store and back. I had to enter the store, as well, because the receipt did not print. In front of the store entrance, a panhandler was stopping customers!!! I reported it to the cashier, and she got another employee to ask him to leave, but it did no good. He appeared to be high and homeless.

Inconvenienced with going inside to get my receipt. The girl at the counter admitted that she knew the ticket was getting jammed and yet she had not done anything about it!!

After I went inside to report pump wasn't working, I was told it was fixed. I went back and it wasn't. I had to go to another pump.

Murphy & Walmart

The entrance on Whit Davis Road has a big dip at the curb area, making it a rough entrance and exit, especially when traffic is heavy and the need to hurry is there. Very uncomfortable like dipping into a hole. Instead of getting my receipt at the pump, I had to go inside and stand inline to get it.

I WAS VER SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE, ALWAYS AM WHEN I GO TO MURPHY AT LEAST A FEW TIMES A WEEK.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience at this Murphy Express because of the way it is set up for drivers to access the pumps. It is supposed to be a two lane direction, however, there are no markings and drivers tend to cut across and go in the opposite of the direction they're supposed to.

Your cashier that was working was coversating the whole time I was there. Even during my payment he continue to talk to another male who was there hanging out with him. The topic of the conversation was how he thought someone was trying to rob him earlier that night. He also said he had a 9mm if someone wanted to try to rob him. I think I'll choose another store to stop in that late next time.

No real problems, but nothing was exceptional either.
