The lines in this store are almost always very long. More often than not, only 1 register is open, but with 2 cashiers behind the counter.

I usually do not choose Murphy Express for a purchase other than pay at the pump because while there are two registers and some times there are two or three people working behind the counter, there will only be one person working the register while there is a line almost to the door. They will be in there holding a conversation with each other. They seem to be oblivious to all the people waiting. I was complaining about this at work and everybody said that was there experience too.

The drink area was sticky and had drink spilled everywhere and most of the frozen drink machines were either just liquid instead of frozen. The trash was over flowing outside.

I was wanting to purchase a small coffee. Due to no small cups out I had to purchase a large. Also there were no lids to the coffee cups!!! Big NO NO for drivers.

Gas is more expensive here than where I am from in SC and has gone up $0.30 in the last week.

You cannot seem to fix the soda fountain dispenser. The Caffeine Free Diet Coke is awfull!!!!! I buy the same thing at the RaceTrak convenient store and it tastes like it should. The employees do apologize for the poor product, they admit it is lousy, but corporate seems to ignore their work orders. I use to shop there several times a week and now I don't even want the gas for my car since I can't get a drink that tastes right. JUST FIX IT!!!!!!!!

I have been to your store a few times and the printers are always broken-----When you ge in you have to wait on lotto purchases and others before you can even get a receipt. It is not convenient at all to have to go in and stand in line. Why doesn't the pump tell you before you purchase that the printer is broken. For me----and for anyone asking I would not want to go back or recommend the store.
