When I was in this afternoon, the young man behind the counter was sitting and texting and appeared to be angry. I am a regular at this location and everyone else is very pleasant with the exception of this young man. He is either outside smoking or on his phone most of time while he is working.

I'm currently new to the area and I ask the associate if they sold crown cigarettes. He rudely scolded me and says "WE ARE NOT CIRCLE K" then he went on a 5 minute tirade about how circle k apparently owns the rights to Crown cigarettes, which I didn't know. After being pretty much humiliated that I ask a question I pay for my gas and as I'm walking out he then tries to back track by saying I didn't mean to be rude. Well too late for that. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in a gas station or and customer service place of business. I will not be returning or will I refer any of my friends and family to visit this location.
