This Murphy Express has a drive thru window. Seems that over the last few months, you always have to wait for 5-10 minutes to order in the drive thru. An attendant does greet you when you pull up but then you have to wait for them to take your order. I only use the drive thru when purchasing cigarettes because they are right there at the window.

I don't want a car wash. I don't want a fuel additive. I always want a receipt. I don't want to be asked these questions every time. I don't like the prices. They've gone up too much. I know that isn't entirely on you but it needs to stop. You need to paint lanes for in and out. I've been almost hit on a number of occasions by people who think they own the entire entrance. It's also not good that the shop drive through lane, the incoming lane and the outgoing lane are all in the same place and that the incoming lane requires cutting across the outgoing lane to get to the pumps. I've almost been hit there as well by people who want to go where they want to go with no consideration for or attention to anyone else. Having to cut across the exit lane to get to the ATM is also a really bad idea as is having cars backing out of parking places directly into the area where people are pulling out of the pumps and trying to turn around to get to the exit. I'm amazed there aren't more accidents.

was not greeted or offered to buy anything, the cashier was talking with friend at the register and as i stand in line waiting for service.

I went through the drive-through. It was raining and cold. The 2 attendants were carrying on a personal conversation, so it took a little longer than it should have. However the attendant was very nice and friendly .

It really bugs me that I have to push so many buttons to get my gas. I never want a gas additive. I never want a car wash. I always want a receipt. I more or less understand why you want a PIN or zip code when using a card but please get rid of the rest of the choices, stop trying to upsell and just let us get what we came in for.
