The two main things are, there are a lot of buttons to press before getting to the actual gas. Pin number or zip code (if you really need it and many places don't) is enough. The second but related thing is that gas additive. No I don't want it. No I don't want to have to push a button to reject it. No I don't want to hear an ad about it. No I don't want to have to wait for a pump where it isn't.

I walked in to purchase a drink and pay for fuel. There is one man in line and no attendant. Took approx. 3 minutes before she was available. No other attendant on duty. ALSO, the last three times I have pumped fuel has been a problem. The fuel does not start flowing until you have reached almost $1 towards your purchase price.

all of the reg and med pumps were out of service. only some had premium which i got for the reg price which is a good thing.

Always having to go inside the store because the printer at the pump isn't working. Each time I tell the clerk about the problem, but it never is corrected. Because of this I never get gas there when it's raining. If I can't complete every step in the purchase at the pump, I'll go elsewhere.
