80% of the time the drive though has a wait. Sometimes 10-15 mins, other times we have to pull to the window to see if anyone is even there. I have been told in the past by a drive though attendant that indoor customers takes priority over drive customers. I have actually waiting in the line, pulled around and went inside because I could not get service. This store seems to always be short staffed.

I bought jackpot wash 17.00 and the back of my car was dirty..like the water never touched it, just the dirt moved around :(

Feedback: I'm at Murphy bienville Blvd in Ocean Ocean Springs, MS 39564...I am a loyal customer, I get my gas here almost every time I fill up. I come here because the prices on gas can't be beat and I love the cleanliness of the store and the selection. Well, just a moment ago I stopped to get gas and to buy a case of the water you have on sale. The water I wanted was the Nesle, because it was the best deal. When I found out it was only outside between the pumps I became leery but decided to suck it up. When I went out to pull it, there were only 2 cases left and they both had spider webs, spiders, and spider eggs (gross) so I went inside to tell them. The only water inside was the Dasani and it was $2 more. I asked if they could give it to me for the same price (since my original purchase was unattainable) several times and was continually met with no answer. So I got the Dasani. I am on a tight budget but $2 only hurts a bit. It's the principal and the customer service that lacked. I am not happy that I was ignored nor satisfied(as a loyal customer) Thank you for your time Mr. Text Reader person. I bet you hear all sorts of crazy stuff. Anyway, please reach back!! Courtney

I asked the attendant to put 10 on pump 15 and she put 15 on 15. When the total bill came up to be 17 dollars and some change, I asked the attendant what did I spend 17 dollars on and the head cashier looked at the receipt and said oh she put 15 on 15 not 10. They did not offer to fix this and acted like it was nothing. No apology at all. What if that was all the money I had?

bonita ran us off because we asked a few customers for a few dollars just to get back home. we ran out of gas. she didnt have to be so rude, now for some reason anytime she is there we aren't Allowed there. thats ok, in about a month the circle k will be opening up across the street. and i will NEVER RETURN TO MURPHY AGAIN! NO MURPHY WILL GET ANOTHER PENNY GROM ME,MY FIANCE,FRIENDS OR FAMILY! YALL CAN THANK BONITA FOR THAT! everyone i know have always complained about how rude the girls at murphy are and how now we all cant wait for circle k to open! woot woot hurry up circle k im sick of keeping murphys lights on

two times in the last month was charged for a car wash when not requested. Had to go inside to get corrected. Asked to have taken off ticket, they could not do. Gave me the cash back for charged item. How often is this done and people do not catch it?

This station is always out receipts at the pump and the restroom is ALWAYS nasty.

First the lady attendant was rude,after I was told I couldn't make my purchase because I needed my i.d.,so I went and got my i.d. only to come back in the store,and the customer in front of me was buying some of the same products but the only difference was that he was white and she never i.d him,so I asked her why didn't she i.d. him and she replyed,I don't have to i.d him because she didn't have to.i Will contact my community leaders about this location and the racism I ensued on this visit.
