I was the only customer and waited while Chrisy Leig and short haired ''flock of seagulls'' guy talked about hiring new attendants and how the person in charge was not using the internet to check applications, while I waited. When I asked ''flock of seagulls'' if I may interuprt and ask for cigarettes.. He walked outside to clean pumps?"'' I pointed out to Christy that CUSTOMERS deserve attention, sorry for inturupting, it must be hard to work and talk. HER REPLY "we were talking about work" I looked at the other customers that came in behind me and laughed... and said "THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT WORK instead of waiting on customers" I then asked for receiet to complain. AND THEN ... The signage said, 2 STARBUCKS DOUBLESHOT CANS 2 for $4.50. LOOK at the receipt! $2.99 - $0.50 + $2.99 - $0.50= $4.98 FALSE SINGAGE ? or company wide imcompatance? Kroger is right across the street, where do you know I get my gas. Where will I NEVER STEP FOOT IN AGAIN? murphey's is the correct answer. FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

tried to use receipt dated 4-05 to get 0.15 off a gallon of gas, the last day of promotion. I wanted $10.00 of gas, but cashier said it was expired.So I told him I didn't want it, I wanted 2 cartons of cigarettes instead.I got the cigarettes and left. When I got home I noticed I was charged for $10 of gas. I didn't get the gas, but was charged for it. Someone got $10 of gas that I paid for and didn't get.

I got $15.00 worth of gas an your company put a hold on my debit card for $75.00 that will take 3days to clear off my account no where did I see anything about you holding $60.00 to clear a $15.00 purchase if I had known this was the way you do your transaction I would have never got has at your pump. I will not do any more purchase from your company in the furture as long as I am driving. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Bought gas at pump and paid there. Went inside to purchase products and lottery tickets. 3 attendants present. One working, two chatting. One register open, with closed sign on counter of second register. 3 customers ahead of me, no problem at all. Waited about 5 minutes for them to finish up their purchases. More customers line up behind me and wait as I do. Down to one customer in front of me and a lady walks in and goes to the closed register and asked for a carton of cigarettes and the chatting attendant gets them for her and proceeds to check her out. I asked the original working attendant if there is 2 lines and he shakes his head no. I elect to take my business else where and will not return to this store. You should fire the manager and the associate that was chatting and waited on the customer at the closed register. Check your video cameras for the incident, it may save you customers in the future.
