There were signs on the pump that said the card reader wasn't working so I was forced to go inside which I never do

Its a bit difficult getting in and out of the gas station. Also the pump info about my credit card was somewhat hard to read.

Was not able to use the "pay at the pump", due to the fact that the "chip reader" was not functioning. Had to go inside to pay - quite a long line, since obviously the other pumps weren't working in re: "chip reader"

There is only one way into the fuel station and one way out. The ease of convenience to get in and out of the station does put a damper on choosing this station. If it weren't for the fact that this Murphy station usually has one of the lowest gas prices in town I would not get gas there because of the inconvenient entrance/exit.

The attendant was a little weird looking. But it was nice otherwise. We come here all the time because the fuel is cheaper

I was satisfied. I was very happy that the attendant told me about this survey. I am not satisfied that this is the second time I'm doing this survey because it froze up when I was almost done last time. I wasn't highly satisfied with my visit because there was nothing acceptional that jumped out and grabbed my attention. I was just getting gas and going about my day. The only thing that impressed me was the attendant telling me if I do the survey I could save $.07 A gallon which I wish I had known sooner.
