Too many people not enough gas pumps. Key pad on machine didn't work

I told KellyJoe 20 on 17. She put 17 on pump 20. Had to go inside to tell her pump not working, she said put on wrong pump, fixed it. Went back second time since pump stopped at $17.00. She said she would put $3.00 back on pump free of charge. Would not add to my card.

Because they couldn't add money to my prepaid card I had to go to another store but they can take my money off my card to pay for my gas

The diesel pump shut off after pumping @12.91 and the attendant said it had to be reset and would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting. When the pump was restarted, I pumped an additional $37.27 of diesel and the pump shut off again. I told at the attendant that I didn't have time to wait for it to be reset again and left without getting to fill my truck.

I usually stop here for fuel, both gas and diesel. The diesel nozzle spring pressure is too tight and makes it hard to pump fuel slowly so it doesn't foam over and spill fuel. On this stop, I pumped $12.91 of fuel and the pump shut off. When i told the attendant of the problem, she said she had to call somewhere for them to reset the pump and it would take 5 minutes for the pump to restart. 20 minutes later I was still waiting for the pump to restart so I could continue fueling my truck.

With the rollback codes to get a discount, I was originally told by the attendant that I could use each rollback up to 7 times or 500 gallons. When I went in this time, I was told I could only use each one 1 time. So how can I get a discount on 500 gallons? There are not any vehicles that hold 500 gallons that would fuel there. This time the attendant said I could have multiple people bring in vehicles and fuel them all to get the 500 gallons. Seems deceiving to me.

The last 4 times we have gotten gas, the paper has been out. It is s hassle going in and waiting in line just to get s receipt. That's why we pay outside do we don't have to go in.
