I just needed gas and the gas pump didn't talk to me so I didn't have any basis for a "highly satisfied" experience.

I wasn't as observant to notice things that I would have been overly satisfied with. It felt like a regular or normal visit got me.

If there was an attendant pumping my gas ,I would be highly satisfied. I'm 81 years old and remember service stations with attendants pumping gas for everyone...........

There is always room for improvement. You need hand sanitizer stations at pumps. I have been buying my gas there for years and filling out these surveys, never win anything, maybe loyal customers could win something.
