I had purchased the basic car wash as I was preparing to leave out of town that day. I drove over to the car wash and the code printed on my ticket kept coming up "invalid" (it would only allow me to enter 4 of the 5 numbers from the code, when the prompt would be displayed that it was an invalid code). Needless to say, I had to leave town with washing my car.

Way to small inside for how busy it is.

The price and convenient of the location

I must use a walker 24/7. There is no designated handicapped parking spots next to your store. this creates a dangerous situation for me when I have to park some distance from the building & walk across packed snow or ice. I have already fractured 1 hip because of this at a different chain store. cvco@live.com

fast,clean, and friendly staff

Didn't have coffee or hot chocolate machine

Cars parked in non designated spaces blocking access to pumps

The store is way to cluttered. you feel closed in when you go into the store I don't like that feeling. When you are waiting in line your on top of each other.

store is very small-especially when it is busy

Just a normal visit..
