It is very frustrating when promo signage is incorrect. I usually make a purchase in order to get cents off. Sometimes the signs are wrong. This wastes my time and ties up the pump.

The pump run out of receipt paper when we're done pumping the gas for the car. The exterier is dirty most of the time.

Diesel pump(#3) was leaking at nozzle. Additionally, I went inside to ask an attendant about fuel discount specials and not only had to wait in line for quite awhile. She wasn't aware of the specials and had to go 'look into it' further, which took more time. A lot of stains and spills out in the fueling area too. Good fuel prices, but less than satisfactory visit.

The cleanliness of the lots were dirty. The pumps always out of receipt paper making the customers has to go inside to ask for the receipt.
