It was okay

no coffee, no cups, 2 of the employees talking and not waiting on customers even though a long line, finally the 2 guys started waiting on customers. The female employee was the only employee working hard.

It's really annoying that the fountain machine is down more than it is working.

There were multiple signs advertising snickers 2 for 1.59. After I checked out I noticed that I was overcharged for the snickers. I brought this up to the attendant and he blew me off and said he can change prices that snickers went a part of the deal and that that was last month's sale. I said that was misleading. He shrugged and hand the candy back to me. That is very bad customer service. I will not be back to this store.

I was attempting to purchase Lottery tickets, Powerball specifically. I find out that the form was changed on Saturday, yet I didn't know and your attendant didn't know.

There was a item that place into the wrong slot. The clerk was so rude and out spoken that it was bad. I have never stop at a grab and go store or any other store that I was told to read the label or sign. To calm down. Then you still charge me for the item and cancel my gas. So, I still pay for this and never got it. Really... So now I have to make a an trip bad to the store because your clerk.Wow. Customer service is customer , no matter if the customer fault or the store. You never tell the customer that should read the sign or to calm down. And please wait for the customer to drive off before you and co-work talk about them.

They do not always have the flavor of chips I buy there. When they have them I buy several bags at a time

Diesel Pump was broken 2 days ago. This morning I waited in line for the diesel pump due to cars filling gas blocking the pump. Once again when I got up to the pump it was still out of order due to no display on the pump displaying. The attendant inside in a huff explained they were waiting on parts to fix it. I suggested maybe it ought to be tagged as having a problem. The attendant then said they would bag the pump later, and there were three other diesel pumps to use. Some answer! I wait in line to use that pump and its my problem that it doesn't work and no one cares because they will bag it inop later.
