Murphy USA

Usually, we love Murphy gas stations and make an effort to stop at them when traveling. This Murphy gas station in our hometown, however, is the worst one we have ever been to. The milkshake machine has been out of order for 6 months, and even asking the manager about it you get excuses. Apparently, the tech has been "going to come in and fix it next week" since June. The soda machines are always either out of the flavor shots or low on syrup or CO2. The coffee machines are always empty or have stale coffee that has been sitting all day, the coffee and drink areas are always dirty, and if you point this out to the attendants they have attitude. The employees are always leaning behind the counter talking, making it obvious that they don't care about how dirty the store is or how out of order most things are. This Murphy is one we pass by several times a week, but unless we are desperate for gas we no longer stop as we know it will just be an unsatisfying experience.

Diesel pump handle broken, but pump not flagged out of service so I ran my credit card without realizing that it was broken then when I tried to switch the next pump of course my credit card company flagged it as fraud so now I have a dead credit card no Diesel and I'm going to another gas station to pay with cash

I paid for fuel and I only had enough money for my fuel purchase .the rest that was on my card suppose to went to my power bill in stead an extra 10 was taken off my card because the cashier didn't cut the pump on in time so the 10 dollars want be back on my card to pay my electric bill. Murphy USA putting my kids in the dark ..
