I was so hot and needed a cold fountain drink and waited till I was done grocery shopping to get gas and a drink and there was no diet dr pepper working I'm the fountain I was disappointed and left really thirsty

I go to work at 4am and needed gas. I stopped by because the canopy lights were on and the pumps were all on or so it seemed. I knew that the store itself was closed but figured you could get gas with a credit/debit card after hours. This apparently is not the case. I tried 3 different pumps and spent a total of $0.17. Needless to say I drove away less than happy and had to go to a competitor.

On 11/14/16 my debit card was charged double for the transaction. I called on 11/21/16 and was told a manager would call me back. No returned call. I called back today, 11/22/16, and manager gave me a customer care number of 1-800-843-4298 and that line just rings and rings and rings and then I get a busy signal. Manager doesn't know why no one is answering customer care. I just want my card refunded the $27.89. I used to buy gas here all the time, but will not again.

The store was open when I arrived and as I began to pump my fuel the attendant shut the power off and said they were closed now. He was rude and told me to go somewhere else.
