I was passing through the city. I expect pumps to work and it did.

I couldn't redeem my free Dr Pepper because the cashier didn't know how to ring it in. And then by the time she figured it out the coupon had disappeared and I couldn't get my beverage.

Pump #10 paying for the fuel and no fuel going into my tank. I have the photo of the amount that I stopped at .31 and it was taken off my card. Very, very rude customer service from Gianna Napo ( no name tag displayed on uniform by-the-way) got name from my receipt. I have already sent in an email with a more detailed description of this situation on April 30th at 19:14:17; Store #8602. Thank you.

The fact that you are now placing a $75 hold with my financial institution for using my debit card, will keep me from ever using this location again. I do not want to have to keep checking to be certain that you give me back my money and don't trust that it will be handled quickly or efficiently if you don't give me back my money. Having to go inside two times and wait in line to purchase gas, is just a waste of my time. I will not use Murphy USA ever again. What was a quick and easy place to get gas has just turned into an aggravation and since other places sell gas, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

There is always an issue with my card at this gas station and only this gas station.

Had a coupon from surveymini and Murphy Express would not honor it. Very dissatisfied with Murphy Express.
