Understaffed for the amount of customers

Went to Murphys with my coupon for a free Dr Pepper. I had the coupon for this app and the staff didn't know how to handle it. I would think training on the app would be appropriate since Murphys and Survey Mini have a partnership

The attendants were very rushed and unreasonable. They were too busy commenting about customer s leaving their kid unattended to even be courteous to the customer standing in line. We were not offered anything on sale. They were rude when I requested cigarettes. You have gone up on product prices but fuel price is goid. The store is so full its not very easy to walk around.

I only use this store because of location, it's functions just as well as the rest.

I was satisfied. I purchased has outside, but had purchased other items the same day. Also purchased items the next several days there.

There was a line forming and one of the attendant's at the register walked off. (I'm unsure as to the nature of her leaving at that very moment and understand it could have possibly been urgent). However, that is the basis of my response.

It was nice and clean. Quick service

I have been to the store five minutes prior to closing and the pumps were already shut off and the doors were locked. It was quite unfortunate for us because we really needed gas and drove to that location to make it before closing and the pumps were already shut down. We then had to drive to another gas station across town.
