Your managers at this location needs some customer service classes. You have a particular manager who never greets or smiles at any customers. She is a supervisor; and she needs to set examples for her employees working under her. If possible could someone speak to, Gisella, I would greatly appreciate it.

Went to Murphy's to redeem a Survey Mini coupon. Problem 1, there are no 20 oz cups even though that's what the coupon is for. Problem 2, the drink rang with the code, but the code was valued 0 dollars, so the attendant had to call her boss....Ten minutes later, I had a drink. Not worth it!

The store was out of half and half for the coffee (attendant confirmed, it was not her fault as there was none left to refill the container).

This morning was not tjat bad but usually there is a line almost out the door and only one cashier well this morning yall were not busy and had 2 cashiers i dont like coming to your store in the mornings because im always late for work because of this issue

The card reader on the pump was not working. After multiple attempts, I went inside to speak with the cashier. She said the pump took my card and was ready. I went back to the pump and it still wasn't working. After multiple attempts, I went to another pump. That pump worked perfectly.

The pump printed a blank receipt. I went in and had to stand in line "forever" waiting on about 6-8 people ahead of me for 2 cashiers. One customer just talked and laughed with the cashier taking up time. The store was not properly stocked with coffee and creamer. Very slow!!! Need more cashiers/workers in store and a line for those just needing a receipt.

The young lady at the register was rude. She said I can help you here and then went back to talking to the other girl about a coworker posting something on facebook and not naming names and that she is scared.

I went in only to get a fountain drink. There were three areas for cups but they were all empty. Only the largest size cup was available so I selected that one. However, there were no lids to fit that size cup and no straws long enough for that size cup. I asked if they had any in the back and they replied that they were out of all of the supplies. Very disappointing.
