You have 4 cashiers behind the counter. They are talking to each other so loudly they can not hear the customers order. Scratching lottery tickets and talking were of the most importance. II watched a few customers turn around and exit the store.

I wanted to fill up but the pump kept clicking like I had full tank and I only pumped $7.02 and was on empty so I stopped and then I had to go inside for my receipt and now I'm late for work!

Your credit card reader would not work at the pumps. When I pressed for help.....They would not take my call because they said they were busy. I had to take my card inside and leave it while getting my gas and then go back into the store and wait behind 7 people to get my card back. 4 attendants were working but two of the girls were just standing there doing nothing.....Not servicing anyone. The owner would have been appalled.

I stop at this location every day for cappiciono and cigarettes, and the cappiciono dispenser is out of order or empty more often than not for the choice I prefer. And today there were absolutely no coffee cups or lids of any size for me to select. When I asked for cups the mgr tried to sell me the promotional re-fill cup, of which I already have two, I just forgot them today. While I was waiting for the manager?? to put cups out two other customers waiting for cups left without making a purchase. My guess is there is some sort of contest or incentive to sell these promotional cups, which is fine, but not everyone will want one and should not have to ask for cup, they should be available in their "sleeves" for dispensing. The management of this location is poor at best........customers should come first, not you own personal gain (if there is a contest or incentive in place to sell these promotional cups, if no contest then that is even worse). I do believe there was a recent change in management at this location and, if so, it was a serious turn for the worse.

Having to go inside for a rec't is an ongoing problem at this location.

Receipt printer at most pumps only works about 1/2 the time. I get filled up at least once a week.
