Got gas at the pump and got drinks inside!

The drive thru was being ignored so I went in instead. I witnessed 4 people behind the counter, one cash register open and the drive thru signal buzzing and being ignored. There were at least 7 people in line for the one cash register inside and 4 cars outside.

They had whay we needed a good price

PAID INSIDE; FORGOT TO PUMP GAS,PULLED OUT OF LOT AND RIGHT BACK IN,WENT TO PUMP 5 ,RED JEEP AT PUMP (with a masonic tag),attented said he must have pumped my paid for gas,ask if he watched the pumps,he said yes but not at that time,he said cant help you ,if i wanted gas would have to pay again./// maybe its my fault but his answer was as if he did not care that me a customer whom has been coming there from opening day.there are 3 trucks and cars we fill up there every week. SUPER AMERICA IS JUST DOWN THE STREET

4 attendants behind registers, one checkout lane open. Stood in line for a good 5 minutes, no additional registers open. The one checkout lane that was open was busy trying to make $100.00 in change in 5's. This is a gas station not a bank. Finally when the line reached the door, another attendant decided to step up. Card reader did not work right either.

Had a Fuel discount of .25 off a gallon due to several purchases of 3 packs of your Wave Cigarettes. Buy at least 6 packs a week in two trips. Gas pump malfunction, takes several minutes to fill my vehicle as the handle cuts off. Pump eventually shut off and had to move to another pump, when I asked the clerk if I was able to get the .25 discount off of the fuel at the new pump due to the pump cutting off I was told no, there was no way to do that. I had only pumped 2 gallons of fuel when the discount CLEARLY applies to the limit of 15 gallons. This not the first time that this has happened to me at a Murphy Fuel Station. I have also experienced this in Mt Sterling Ky also being told that they could not resume the discount. I think this is a tactic to get someone there, knowing that they need fuel so they have to continue with the purchase without the .25 discount. This is not good customer relations for your fuel product and has caused me to also purchase my mothers cigarettes ( Waves 6 packs a week and mine 6 packs a week of Salem Slim 100's) You have not only lost the cigarette sales from me, you have now lost the fuel sales ( $80.00 a week) from me.

First visit was on Friday,diesel pumps not pumping proper, very very slow on first visit. ONly got about 9 gal. and give up. Returned the next day and used a different pump and was filling up and safety shut off did not work and fuel dumped all over the parking lot when truck was filled.

Well when we first stepped up to the register there was another lady in line in front of us just patiently waiting while the attendant was talking to one of her coworkers. She seemed as if it was an incontinence to stop talking and take care of us. She was not friendly and the whole time you could tell she was acting as if we (both the other customer and i) interrupted her. Other than the poor customer service, the store was in great shape. Very clean facility and very well kept together.

Seems like every time I go to this location the pump is out of receipt paper and I have to go inside and wait in line. This defeats the purpose of paying at the pump for me. When I mentioned this to the clerk she just raised her eyebrows and didn't reply.

Drive thru attendant was rude.
