Gas prices were good

Being highly satisfied is hard to achieve. Some days or nights I am highly satisfied! It all depends on my mood at the time as well and the service I receive. I and my family like Murphy USA, usually everyone including other customers are friendly and jovial! I will be shopping there fro a long time as I said we like the atmosphere and the employees! Happy New Year

All I did was purchase fuel in a very limited visit. I didn't have the opportunity to experience any of the other services or employees.

Initial Pump I went to the window that shows the information on the pump was broke and there was no sign that is was broke. I scanned my card and was concerned I couldn't delete my card and that someone would use my information. I went to another pump and used that and then went inside to get a scratch ticket and told the attendant that the pump was broken and he said we are already aware of it but there was not a sign indicating that it was. I thought that was poor customer service. On a good note....the store itself was very clean above MOST gas stations. Food looked fresh. Area looked clean.

I tried to use my American Express at the pump and was told I had to see the attendant inside, who re-swiped my card; no explanation was offered.

It's a great gas station employees are very friendly I'm always greeted with a smile but the manager is extremely rude

I believe the attendant was being trained on the lady in front of me which was much younger he took a lot of time friendliness with the line was building up behind me the lady that was training him was sitting there eating an ice-cream like a cow sucking on a salt lick it was disgusting I think she could have been a little bit more professional and he can keep best flirting down and wait on the customers that is why I'm not satisfied
