The attendants make all customers wait until their conversations are over before acknowledging paying customers. .. this has happened at every visit to this store.

For almost a full week now the store has been out of cigarettes (Marlboro 100's Red in the box) was told by the cashier can only get when some of the other cigarettes were sold

Every time we go in this Murphys the people at the register harass us into buying additional products or ask us to switch products. My husband went in for a root beer and snickers and the cashier had him exchange his snickers for a different one and then kept asking "are yoy sure you don't want a Dr Pepper instead? It's a deal. You should get a Dr Pepper." It's very aggravating when you just need to get in and get out.

The attendant was talking to someone in the drive thru line while I was waiting in line. I should have been serviced before the drive thru. I don't like that there is a drive thru at this Store.

Receipt did not print. Kinda kills the purpose of "Pay at the Pump." Plus it was raining. Not the first time either.

The pump handle/hose was hard to pull down, it was somehow twisted. When I managed to insert the nozzle, I choose Unleaded. I pumped my gas, but I noticed that the price which I was paying was past the $2.09 p/g amount which would have filled my tank. I stopped the pump at $25.01. I left the station after I received my receipt. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that my gas was $2.449 p/g. I called the station and inquired why did I pay this amount instead of what I had selected. He informed me that at that pump early in the morning the hose was difficult to pull down and that unbeknown to the customer as you pull down the hose, the hose hits and selects the Unlplus pump. even though I also selected the Unlead pump. I was told that I received what the Hose selected for me. There was no offer of compensation for this malfunction of the hose. I was told that that is what was requested and that was what I pumped. Being so 'matter of factly' was not necessary when it was/is a problem which the attendant was/is aware of and did not provide a sign stating so. I paid $5 over my usual and was not full...It was 10:45 am.

The drive thru is always closed and we wait and they don't inform us until 15 minutes of us waiting. I'm fed up and I need something done about this

I did not mean to indicate that I was not satisfied with my experience. Must have clicked the wrong button. I was highly satisfied.
