I reserve categories like "Highly Satisfied" for those circumstances in which the facility, itself, is incomparable, and/or when the attendant is incomparable. In this case, everything went well, but not exceptionally well.

I view Highly Satisfied to be reserved for perfection, so it makes it difficult for me to hand it out as a score very often.

first pump I pulled up to said pay inside so thinking it was just that pump went to another and it too had an error code, so I had to go inside, no big deal, clerk was cool and set me up to pump. After pumping I also bought a cup of coffee that I would not have bought if I did not go in. This is a good store and I have always been treated very well there. They are a good crew

Pumping gas is a necessary task, not something from which I derive pleasure.

As stated earlier, the pump was set to put gas in the car too fast. I know my car and when it gets close to being full, I have to manually pump slowly to get it full. However, with the pump set as is, it is very difficult to get the pump to shut off when I want it to.
