Had been by about 3 hours earlier and price was 13 cents/gal lower. It takes weeks to drop 13 cents but minutes to go up that much or more.

The bath rooms were filthy and out of soap to wash my Hands. The pump handle at the pump was greasy. And the wind sheld wash bucket was empty.
