Samuel was more engaged in a conversation with his coworkers than on waiting on us and didn't greet/thank or suggestively sell anything to us even when my kids asked if they could have candy which gave open opertunity for your candy promotions you guys regularly have.

Pump quit at pumping 37 cents worth of gas. No receipt at pump or inside. Do not know yet if credit card was charged. Next pump worked OK.

Fed-Up with Broken Tamper Seals

There are a lot of issues with credit card skimmers being installed inside of gas pumps in the Austin/Round Rock area. Many of the tamper resistant seals on your pumps are broken. I have no confidence that the pumps have not been tampered with. I do not want to give ny credit card to a pump with a broken seal. And it takes too long to give a credit card to an inside attendant for a fill-up. It makes me want to go to another gas station. I also have recommended to everyone I know not to use pumps with broken tamper resistant seals. You need to fix this issue immediately.

Quite a bit of confusion behind the counter. Guy did best he could! Major complaint is limited ATM access regarding the debit cards.

This location has always yielded quality service & very prompt.... What is going on? Wait daily in the am & Cashier is fast just a lot of business! Will not continue for long .... Word travels fast and it appears the lack of Cashiers present is a direct reflection that Murphy's does not RESPECT customers time or schedules.... Many other places to go if I have to! As a retail business owner of 38 yrs I see one main way to save $$$ if this is the KEY ISSUE? I would just like to know how much $$$ Murphy USA looses in drive offs. In this day and time.... Just asking for trouble with the pumps setup for honesty from ALL! As an owner of 5 businesses I would pass the savings of NO DRIVEOFFS onto the Employees with a simple change to Pre-Pay!!! Not that it matters but my # is 512.818.1870. I would appreciate a direct response
