Gas prices, normally ease of getting to pumps. This particular time a vendor was blocking total access to main entrance to pumps.

The clerks were polite, the pump area was very clean and tidy. The outside of the store was neat and clean. The mechanics of the pump were understandable and intuitive to work. They appeared to be well-maintained. I was able to get my fuel and leave without incident.

The attendants are always pleasant. Dale & Maggie are in there a lot when I come in and they are always happy, smiling and willing to help out. The other attendants that I don't see as much as I don't know them by name are very pleasant too. I highly recommend the Poplar Bluff, Missouri Murphy USA. I go there 2-3 times a week and always purchase all my fuel and all my cigarettes there. My children also love the icee's that your store has so they request to go there as well. Everything is always neat and tidy both inside and outside. Sometimes there is a line for the gas pumps but that's to be expected when your station is the best one in town and in my opinion a 50 mile radius. I am always greeted by name and greeted with a smile. My husband even feels comfortable in there and he is a little jumpy and uncomfortable around people ever since being in the USAF. I'd like to thank you for your wonderful store and employees.

Highly satisfied due to quick service at my convenience and gas prices are always very competitive. It is any easy access to the pumps.
