Over charge my debit card. Now having to wait on my refund 3days. The merchant was not cooperate or helpful. She was very rude.

I went there to get a carton of cigarettes because

The fuel pump was not accepting card payment After several attempts I went to cashier .

Wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes but they were out of stock.

There was 3 people outside I was watching them they where smoking by the pump. One of them kept using the f *** word my kids was in the car don't think this is right . I kept looking at her but all she did was use all kinds of bad words.I will be glad when Pasadena store opens up .

I go to this location because it is closer to home and I know the area well, But the Attendant Joshua Willi every time I go there and he is on duty I feel like he is rude. I often buy cigarettes and gas there I also have coupons for cigarettes from the marlboro co and when I do want to use them he changes the price of the cigarettes then takes off the coupon which waste my coupons. He is the only one that does that to me. And then tonight I went there to get cigarettes and he gave me the wrong ones but didn't notice until I got all the way home so had to go all the way back and get him to switch them out he did but acted put out cause I came back to get the right ones he was busy talking to his buddies when I first went had he listened to me instead of his buddy he would have gave me the right ones to begin with. I have had several issues with him and I'm fed up with it so if he is working I will just go else where to spend my money. I work retail myself and don't appreciate someone no taking care of a customer.
