I usually go to this store all the time but now that i dont see my favorite cashier anymore i wont be back i have come to this store for years and she is the best one yet. Ashley worked her tail off and was great with customer service and done what she could to make the customers happy. I do like teddy and kevin but not as much as i did ashley

The pumps were not covered. I got poured on and wind blew dripping gas out of the gas nozzle onto me.

cigarettes advertised for one price but charged another that was higher. Attendant said that was old price and she couldn't do anything about it. I think I need a credit for the difference in price. No manager was available at the time. I have been buying cigarettes from you for the past 5 or 6 years this is the second time for this problem.

I selected the 87 octane fuel for 1.929 per gallon. After pumping I got my receipt I briefly looked at it and discovered I paid $22.00 for 9.056 gallons of gas. Doing a quick check in my mind I knew that it should have been less than $18.00. I went to the clerk and he said that it happens, the pump or what ever he called it gets stuck. He did refund my money. I told him that he needs to put it out of order that it was a malfunction. He said that it has happened in the past and it doesn't happen all the time. I wonder how many people have been ripped off? I called the murphy Express 1-800 # and the person that I spoke with was not concerned at all and stated that they would have someone check the pump. The pump NEEDS to be put out of service. The operator that I spoke with didn't even apologize or state that it was a problem that a consumer was over charged. The other customers behind me were checking their receipts and were concerned also.

The employee was outside screaming in her cell to her father the whole time we was pumping our gas we had a small child with us it was very loud
